Mr Salman Iqbal
PresidentSalman Iqbal is a prominent Pakistani media mogul, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Born on October 27, 1974, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, he is the President and CEO of the ARY Digital Network, a leading media conglomerate in Pakistan. Under his leadership, ARY has expanded its reach globally, broadcasting across more than 100 countries.
Iqbal began his career in the gold business, working alongside his uncle, Haji Abdul Razzak Yaqoob, the founder of ARY Group. After Yaqoob's passing in 2014, Salman Iqbal took over as CEO, steering the company into new ventures, including real estate and sports. He is also the owner of the Karachi Kings, a franchise in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), further showcasing his diverse business interests.

Mr Mahmood Shaikhani
Deputy PresidentMahmood Abu Baker Shaikhani is the Managing Director of the Shaikhani Group, a Dubai-based multinational conglomerate with diversified interests spanning real estate, manufacturing, contracting, trading, IT, and the automotive sector. Under his leadership, the group operates in over 90 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East .
A graduate in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University, Shaikhani took over the reins of the family business in 2004 following the passing of his father, Abu Baker Shaikhani, who founded the company in 1978. Since then, Mahmood has been instrumental in steering the company through significant growth phases, including navigating the real estate arm through the global financial crisis of 2008–09.
Under his guidance, the Shaikhani Group has delivered over 30,000 residential units in Pakistan and the UAE and currently manages a development pipeline valued at AED 3.5 billion. Notable projects include the Champions Towers series, Frankfurt Sports Tower in Dubai Sports City, and Gardenia Residency in Jumeirah Village Circle .
Beyond real estate, the group's diversified portfolio encompasses Rubber World Industries, a leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber insulation; Shaikhani Contracting, offering comprehensive MEP and civil works; and ventures in the food and beverage sector, including franchises like Rio Peri Peri Chicken in London .
