The WMO Europe Chapter hosted a vibrant Family Eid Get-Together “One Dish” Party at Hyde Park, London, on 8th June 2025, bringing together around 100 members for a day of celebration. Families enjoyed a delicious feast, with each contributing their favorite dishes, creating a culinary delight. The event was filled with laughter, lively conversations, and fun activities like badminton and frisbee.

The event was graced by WMO Europe Chapter members, including: Mahmood Shaikhani (WMO Deputy President), Bashir Sattar (WMO Secretary General), Shahzad Iqbal (Regional President), Farhan Farooq (Regional Secretary), Nisar Bawany (Regional Treasurer) and Nasir Iqbal (GYW Regional Vice Chair – Europe Chapter)

In his speech, Bashir Sattar thanked everyone for their participation and stressed the importance of unity, urging more such gatherings to strengthen bonds. The event perfectly captured WMO’s spirit of harmony and joy, leaving families with cherished memories and hopes for future meetups.
